Our Mission
SUNE Translate Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing the impact of language barriers and fostering connections across diverse communities. Through accessible translation and interpretation services, we support individuals, nonprofit organizations, schools, and businesses in overcoming communication challenges.
At the same time, we empower multilingual students to apply and develop their language skills through meaningful community engagement, creating opportunities for both personal growth and social impact.
Note from Founders
Nela Vintrlikova and Suann Kim
Through our experiences as immigrants, we witnessed firsthand the challenges that language barriers create for families trying to access essential resources and opportunities. At the same time, we recognized that our community is filled with multilingual teenagers whose valuable language skills often go unused outside their homes and classrooms.
We founded this organization to address both needs: providing translation support to individuals who cannot afford professional services while creating meaningful opportunities for young people to apply and further develop their language abilities.
By investing in the knowledge and talents of multilingual students, we empower them to make a tangible impact in their communities while helping bridge critical communication gaps for those who need it most.
